Last week I had a good fireside chat with a few friends and had a spirited debate on batteries and the electrification of the transportation grid. The very next day I read that California’s Governor Gavin Newsom’s executive order to ban new combustion cars by 2035 will reshape the California car market…. among other things. So, I dusted off an old blog I wrote in 2015 and wanted to see how it is holding up five years later.
